MS in UK post study 2 year

Hello everyone I have a query hope you guys going to solve it. I applied for MS in UK post study 2 years. So what really happens after 2 years of visa completion Will they retain and extend the work permit or do we have to apply for any other job work permit Is the job market in UK as per current situations is viable (war in Russia etc) See guys "getting jobs is harder you hev to try hard" cut this philosophy and bring the facts that are there in UK Am asking you guys who have completed their masters and searching job or doing one Thank you
