Job prospects for MS HCI Post grads in USA
Although some HCI courses in US fall under STEM, what are the chances of successful H1-B sponsorship from a potential employer once the OPT period ends. Not sure about the percentage of UX professionals hired in US

Ux is an emerging field,so i know people are scared about H1B because in us the first preference they give is for software engineers,but that doesn't mean ux field won't have chance of getting H1B,if you have a master's in hci from a well known university like CMU, Georgia tech,uw and so on you will definitely have higher chance of getting H1B,but ultimately it all depend on luck there are people...
