IUB MS CS vs NCSU M CS

In a mortal dilemma which one to choose, IUB MS CS or NCSU M CS :'3. Would love to hear your opinions on the matter. What I have gathered so far researching :-

IUB Pros :-
1. Less tuition and living expenses.
2. Easier to get TA.
3. Can go for thesis if I want to
4. Lesser class size. Over 250+ Indians admitted to MS CS.

IUB Cons :-
1. Location. People regard Bloomington as secluded, and that its hard to find opportunities. But seniors assured that after COVID the whole location factor is negligible, and hiring recruiting takes place online. I tracked MS CS 2021 passouts to see almost all of them placed in top companies (Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, eBay, Expedia, Twitter, Walmart). Internships are a bit lacking compared to NC State, but nothing abysmal.

NCSU Pros :-
1. Location. Although Research Triangle Park is overhyped, Raleigh itself is a bigger city than Bloomington, hence opportunities are objectively more compared.

NCSU Cons :-
1. Greater tuition fee. i20 value is almost 7000$ more than IUB's.
2. Can't go for thesis as it is a professional masters program.
3. Chances of getting TA are, well, less than IUB.
4. Greater class size. Over 400+ Indians admitted to M CS.

Both are kinda similar in rankings. Personally, I like IUB's course structure more. I like IUB's campus more, its beautiful.
