Is GRE necessary if I have a cgpa of 8.88 , 1 internship (4 months ) , 1 year work experience and 2 research publications
I would like to apply to the following universities - University of Illinois Urbana Champaign -Pennsylvania State University -University of Pittsburg Will a strong SOP and LOR be enough or do I need to write GRE ?

The best way to confirm is to go to the Univeristy page and check their requirements. If GRE is something which is mandatory then you would need to go for it. Even if it's optional, some universities do mention that they give preference to GRE. See more
