Hi Anam, Biotech is a good option in the US simply due to the number of research  labs across the various top unis that are dedicated to research in this field. Most unis in the United States are tied with their own med school, where research in biotech happens and papers are published at large. There are a lot of career scopes for Biotech gradautes, job roles not limited to Biomedical Engineer, Biochemist, Microbiologist, Medical Scientist, Process Development Scientist, Clinical Technician and Biomanufacturing Specialists.
