To be honest, your GRE score seems to be pretty low, but this does not mean that you won't be eligible for admission to a US university in entirety.
GRE is just one of the factors which is reviewed for admission. If you don't want to go for GRE again then you can choose a US university which has waived the GRE requirement.

But in my opinion I feel if you could give GRE again and get a decent score then it would help you a lot with some good universities in US which will give you a good return on investment as well.
