How to write a University-specific SOP :
First of all, it goes without saying that you need to have a basic SOP draft ready before making it University-specific.
Here is a wonderful article that can help you write a good initial draft :

Once you have your basic draft ready, follow the below steps to make it university-specific:
1) Research well about the university and the course curriculum in advance.
2) Read the mission statement of your desired program from their official website.
3) Align your strengths with the mission statement and incorporate them into your SOP.
4) Connect with students who are presently studying at your desired university through Linkedin, and try to understand what the university expects from future students.
5) Talk about how you can add value to the university and how the university can help you in achieving your goals.
6) Research the faculty of your desired program, and choose one or two faculties whose work aligns with your goals and past experience. After choosing the faculty, write about them in your SOP mentioning that you would like to work with them. Also mention how you can add value to their work, this might also help you land the position of TA if you are lucky. More than that, it shows the admission committee that you have done diligent research and your commitment towards the program.
After incorporating all the points mentioned above, send your final SOP draft to your friends and mentors, and ask them to review it. If possible, connect with students who are currently studying in your desired program and send your drafts for review to them. After a few iterations, once you are confident with your SOP, you can finalize it and be ready for application. All the very best!
