How is MSc in Advanced Computer Science from the University of Manchester? I saw in some places that

How is MSc in Advanced Computer Science from the University of Manchester? I saw in some places that UoM ranks good, while some places it ranks poorly. I am really confused. Should I apply for the winter/spring semester for next year to a different university in maybe Germany / US?
