@Vspkumar for computer networks there are lot of companies in and around boston. I don't know much about signal processing. I think robotics companies use control systems and signal processing. But it's very hard to get into when compared to computer networks

@nandsomai2002 your GPA looks impressive but getting admit depends on how you write your SOP. Getting admit from NEU is actually tougher especially for CS. If you write SOP well you have a chance. You can also apply to USC UTD SUNY Buffalo UC Irvine

If you have good work experience then you might take it. The workload will be less and getting a job without prior experience will be very hard

Also, do you feel like a CSE/CPS grad would have no advantages over a CS grad? Are they comparable or is it more like apples to oranges?
