I need help selecting universities for me. I wish to apply for Masters in Computer Science with specialization in ML/ AI. 
CGPA - 9 (till 3rd year)
Branch/Institute - CSE/IIIT
GRE - 328(Q:170,V:158,AWA:4.5)
TOEFL - Expecting >=110
I have done 3 internships. My projects are: 
1. Developed a fraud detection system for online tests for an edtech from scratch (used by > 1lakh students)
2. Automatic essay evaluation model for the same edtech using AI (used by 1k students)
3. Among 20 students selected to intern with NIC. I developed a product features based sentiment analysis model using deep learning

I have submitted 1 research paper for publication in ML but not sure whether it will be published

ACM ICPC regionalist and 1 decent project in Android

If cost is not a problem , U can try Ivy league colleges  ,to name a few , UC Berkeley , Stanford University, UCLA , Cal Tech , UT at Austin , NW , Cornell , Columbia. 
Apart from this , U can try some good Universities like 
UC Irvine , USC , UCSD , Georgia Tech , UIUC , UFL , VG tech , Ohio state university , NCSU , NYU Courant
