Hi everyone!! Hope you all are doing good in this state of epidemic and transition of environment. I'm Bishal Barman, from National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, Haryana, India, one of the prominent and premier agricultural (Food and Dairy) institutes in India, at present. I’m currently pursuing my Bachelors of technology in dairy and food technology. I'm a dedicated and sincere student with an exposure to a foreign internship at University of Nebraska, Lincoln, USA in the year 2019 for the two months in the field of “Bioactive Peptides from Egg”. I had worked under an eminent professor in the above-mentioned institute under full financial support by the Govt. of India. More precisely, I’m interested and efficient in subjects such as Dairy and Food microbiology & chemistry. Apart from keeping interests in research and studies, I also have a deep interest in quizzing and I have been participating in quizzes for the last 12 years. Recently in the year 2018, I along with my batchmate won the runner's up position in a food safety quiz organized by the Indian food safety giant, food safety and standard authority of India and codex. I’m also working for at least two of my review articles to get published very soon. Apart from all this, I’m also very active in events organized in and outside of my university and is also the student coordinator of my college’s Literary Society and Quizzing society. I would be grateful enough if you kindly let me know about some good colleges for me in food science so that I can complete my MS from US!
