Hey, I am a Masters student(Botany) in India, want to do my PhD in plant ecology from united states. Many universities have waived GRE, but some people say taking it and having a good score in it will really boost your profile, where some professors themselves recommend not to take it. I am really confused whether I should invest my time and energy in it or not. please suggest
