You need to send your whole profile at once and drafted in a very precise manner, as professors generally don't have much time to read your long emails and queries. So mae your CV as to the point as you can, mentioning your projects and experience and a small motivation letter stating why you want to work under them, all in one email. Then maybe they will reply you soon enough. See more
