Hey guys help me choose between the two - DePaul University vs UC Riverside

UC Riverside Location - Seems okay but have concerns regarding safety and opportunities Fees - Almost $70k, tution fee + living expense Program is hectic and seems to be a strict university; can be completed in 15 months. I'm not sure whether spending so much money for 15 months is worth it or not! They have strict professors with quarter system which makes learning quite hectic in given time span! DePaul University Location - Located in Chicago which is probably the best Fees - equivalent to UCR Program is good with good electives to choose from. But the classes will be held in the evening (5-9) and the professors are industry experts (working professionals) rather instructors not traditional PhD holder expert professors! Not that common choice among Indian students!
