The specialisation you seeking for won't be available in any bachelor program but for masters you might find it in some colleges in the states. And I will pursue computer science.

@adarshr There are majors of Data Science like in Northeastern, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. but yes, you are right not all universities have that at Undergrad Level. Technically you can transfer to many Universities even as a transfer student, so my advice is to look for more Universities which are better known for their Comp Sci/data Sci programs.
