Hope someone can help me shortlist some unis/gauge my chances.
Applying to European and Canadian Unis (MS ECE-Thesis/researched based), haven't taken the GRE.
My profile:

Undergrad: B.Sc. ECE from a top Uni in my country, 83%
Research Interest: Electromagnetics and optics.
IELTS: 9.
Publications: 1 Accepted international conference paper in my field of interest.
Research Experience: 3 Undergrad RA internships + currently working as a graduate RA.
Which Canadian/European Universities can I be accepted in with this profile? With RA/TA funding (e.g. Canadian MASc. degree)?
