I wont get stamps fron the office .

Mohammed u need to approach your college prof. U can think of 1 professional recommendation. Also, I have seen people getting LoRs from their relative professors :D

Why ? It's a letter from a person..
Not from college.. The letter head is required in order to prove that he's a professor of the college.. that's not got a value without stamp ? How is that even justified ?

@kkeshav98  now, if the LOR is submitted from the professor's official (@xxx.edu) email ID, no stamp is needed. An e-version of letterhead is enough

I think a letter head will be required if professors upload from personal email ID... I would suggest that u speak to few of ur professors to know how they have done it for students who applied last year
