Getting letter head from Infosys

Hi guys, 
Did anyone get a letter head from Infosys? Could you please help me with the format? What does the letter head look like? And what is the procedure to get one?

Hi Varshini

You could try this procedure maybe.

Write an email to referenceletters@infosys.com stating your: -

- Employee ID
- Your manager's name (remember. This can be any person within the organization who should approve the roles and responsibilities when the HR team reaches out to them internally. So, you need to ensure you have already spoken with someone in Infy who agrees to do this for you)
- Reason (state that you would need this for personal reasons to apply for universities)

The team would then get back to your mail (essentially the same day) with a form attached where you need to write down your detailed roles and responsibilities. You can only include a max of 5 points.

After you send them the updated document over email, they will have it verified by the same person you stated as your manager or superior. Once approved, you will get the detailed roles and responsibilities on Infy letter head emailed to you.

Note that the team is pretty fast in all the process. Make sure you have your manager (or whoever you are mentioning in the first mail to get an approval from) notified about this.
