Financial statement for admission purpose

The universities which I have applied for USC and USF are specifically asking for financial statements containing the required amount of funds which is $80000 I was planning to take out loan but they are saying the application won't be considered unless we have proved that we have sufficient funds. My brother has taken pre sanctioned loan from prodigy fiance but they aren't offering for undergraduates... Now how can I take the statement for pre sanctioned loans..are they any finances giving out specifically for undergraduates applicants
