Hey%20Guys%2C%20I%20am%20in%20the%20final%20year%20of%20my%20Bachelors%20in%20Computer%20Science%20course%20and%20want%20to%20pursue%20my%20Masters%20in%20US%2FCanada.%20But%20now%20I%20have%20missed%20out%20on%20Fall%202022%20deadlines.%20I%20have%20attempted%20GRE%3A%20312%20and%20IELTS%3A%207.5%2C%20CGPA%3A%207.6%20%20%0D%0A%20%20%20%20%0D%0A%20%20I%20wanted%20to%20ask%20what%20should%20I%20do%20now%3F%20Should%20I%20apply%20for%20Fall%202023%20or%20Spring%202023.%20I%20have%20job%20offers%20from%20Infosys%20and%20Tech%20Mahindra.%20So%20should%20I%20work%20until%20fall%20next%20year%20and%20then%20apply%2C%20as%20Fall%20is%20the%20biggest%20intake.%20%20%0D%0A%20%20%20%20%0D%0A%20%20I%20know%20we%20have%20to%20take%20LoRs%20for%20submitting%20to%20universities.%20If%20I%20join%20the%20company%20in%20July%20and%20then%20start%20my%20application%20process%20for%20fall%20in%20September-October%2C%20will%20I%20get%20an%20LoR%20from%20my%20employer%20just%20after%202-3%20months%20I%20joined%20as%20its%20too%20early%3F%20Or%20should%20I%20submit%20all%203%20LoRs%20from%20my%20college%20professors%20only.%20Please%20help%20me%20out!%20%20%0D%0A%20%20%20%20%0D%0A%20%20Thank%20you%20%20%20%0D%0A%20%20%23masters%20%20%23ms

Hello%20there%20Tauseef%2C%0A%0AAs%20you%20are%20in%20your%20final%20year%20at%20the%20moment%20and%20as%20you%20said%2C%20have%20missed%20out%20of%20application%20deadlines%20for%20Fall%202022%2C%20it%20is%20very%20advisable%20to%20start%20off%20applications%20for%20Spring%202023%20rather%20than%20waiting%20for%20Fall%202023.%20The%20reason%20being%20that%20it%20would%20unnecessarily%20bring%20an%20education%20gap%20and%20you%20would%20not%20be%20completing%20one%20year%20of%20professional%20work%20experience%20which%20would%20not%20come%20into%20account.%0A%0AConsidering%20all%20these%20factors%2C%20even%20if%20Fall%202023%20being%20a%20larger%20intake%2C%20it%20is%20more%20beneficial%20for%20you%20to%20apply%20for%20Spring%202023%20as%20you%20would%20save%20time%20and%20would%20have%20that%20education%20flow.%0A%0AComing%20to%20the%20point%20of%20LORs%2C%20it%20doesn't%20matter%20whom%20you%20take%20the%20Letter%20of%20Recommendation%20from%2C%20provided%20that%20person%20knows%20you%2C%20your%20capabilities%20and%20skills.%20May%20it%20be%20a%20professor%20in%20your%20university%20or%20an%20employer%20who%20is%20amazed%20by%20your%20skills.%0A%0AHope%20this%20would%20help%20you!!!
