I used a normal laminated A4 sheet for the exam and it worked fine for me. Also there's no fixed dimension mentioned which you have to adhere to. The exam experience was smooth. Just note that during speaking section, you'd be using your PC/laptop microphone instead of an earphone/headphone, so do try to take some mock speaking tests so as to adjust your voice modulations. There is no specific white board measurement. You may use any size that is comfortable for you. I took the at home toefl exam and it went smoothly. The only thing you might have to focus on is practising writing quickly on the white board and managing time and you won’t be allowed to use headphones so make sure to speak loudly.
