Hi friends, I am in a waiting list for mechanical engineering from CMU and was supposed to get results from them by April 30. But i am still waiting for the result. Is there anything that can be done on our end that can helo increase our chance with the admit #MechanicalEngineering

Hi Dhanashree, Most students have received their admits, if you have not got rejection, there is a good chance that you are on their wait-list. You can mail the graduate office of CMU and enquire regarding their decision, tell them you have other admits with deadlines to accept and you need to make a final decision.
