Boston University MSCS GRS or ASU MSCS

Boston University has a smaller batch size but more expensive and is also present in a really good location. ASU is cheaper but I'm a bit concerned about the number of students as choosing courses would be hard. I'm personally prefer BU but I'm not sure if that's the right decision because of the difference in expenses. So i would appreciate some advise.
