ASU should be your choice.

Why?
ASU is ranked higher. Great reputation and alumni network. Many top companies have recruiters and HRs who attended ASUs WP Carey School, so when hiring, they consider your school, and if you attend ASU, they may favour you. ASU is close to California, and Arizona is one of the country's upcoming top tech destinations.

However, I would encourage you to check the coursework thoroughly. Check which one aligns more your goals and interests. Location wise both schools are good. SCU of course is closer but considering ASU's popularity and brand name you are good.
