About this event

UT Arlington in association with Yocket is organizing a spot assessment drive for all the Yocketers. University representatives shall be available for a one to one session with the students. Students can carry all their documents so that they need not courier them. They can submit the applications during one-on-one session time itself.

Why it’s a MUST attend event?

  1. Spot application.
  2. Talk directly to university officials. No more waiting period for email replies.
  3. Complete guidance about programs, applications and your chances of getting in.
  4. Get to know about internships, scholarship and placement related activities.

 There are only 30 slots available. The last day to register is 5th Feb 2019 till midnight.

Students coming without confirmation will not be allowed to take part in the event.

Key points to keep in mind:

  • Only master-level students should apply to UTA and attend the on-spot assessment event.
  • This event is only for college of business and college of engineering aspirants.

Here is what you are expected to bring:

  • Apply prior to event attendance at https://www.uta.edu/admissions/studyuta/apply/
  • Official consolidated bachelor’s degree transcript (master’s transcript if applicable)
  • Official provisional bachelor’s degree certificate (master’s degree certificate if applicable)
  • Copy of GRE or GMAT scores and TOEFL or IELTS scores
  • (Preferred) financial documents
  • Copy of passport
  • LORs: For Material Science Engineering applicants: 2 letters of recommendation (physical documents)

For College of Business applicants: 2 Letters of Recommendation, at minimum (physical documents)

Students who have not completed either the GRE or GMAT, and TOEFL or IELTS will not be entertained during the event.
